The Little Ones’ Nursery book is a large print vintage story book for children published by Blackie & Son Ltd. It is undated and dated by Jisc to 1945 and the date is supported by a 1950 inscription.
This small size book of fairy tales has the most beautiful illustrations in vivid primary colours. The hardback cover has a brightly coloured illustration on a yellow background and a navy cloth spine.
Included in the book are 12 well known children’s fairytales:

The Three Bears
Three Little Pigs
Beauty and the Beast

The book is well read and is in acceptable condition with signs of previous use and age marking including bumping to the corners, marking to the cover, ink marks on the contents page and a couple of small tears to the bottom of 2 pages at the spine.
